Job Description

  • Interaction with our online players enquiries via chat, email and phone across all of the 13 Rocket X managed brands.

  • Dealing with high volume/multiple contacts at once.

  • Working effectively as part of a team to resolve queries at the first point of contact.

  • Liaising with colleagues to identify service issues, coordinate resolutions and ensure we keep our customers informed

  • Identifying potential Safer Gambling concerns and taking necessary actions to allow customers to play responsibly.

  • Keeping up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes, which will affect our customers to ensure they are given a right first time response

  • Managing multiple IT systems to provide relevant customer information in a timely manner. 

  • Full time position working 37.5 hours a week on a daytime and evening shift rotation

  • £17,000 p.a. basic salary with an annual bonus depending on personal and Company performance

Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment or contact centre environment.

  • Someone who demonstrates high levels of customer focus in everything they do.

  • You will be computer literate and have exceptional keyboard skills.

  • Ability to deal with high volume of workload, during busy periods, in a calm and professional manner.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally. You will be representing a number of diverse brands in customer interactions.

  • Enthusiastic, self motivated team worker.

  • Ability to manage challenging customer interactions to reach a resolution.

  • Experience as working as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of or interest in online Gaming/Gambling/Casino/Sportsbook would be desirable.

  • Awareness of Safer Gambling regulations would be beneficial but not necessary.

The successful candidate for this role will be subject to complete a full DBS check and must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. The interview process for this role will be a group based assesement.
