CRM Manager

We are looking to recruit a fantastic CRM Manager who has a passion for data, analytics and a strong understanding of customer segmentation, internal and external business factors that will influence CRM campaigns. 


You may not have direct experience in online gaming but you will be so well knowledged in CRM that you’ll be able to apply your excellent knowledge by asking questions to understand how things work. 


You will have overall responsibility for the CRM team and we believe that our people are our most important asset. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver an awesome CRM strategy. 

The Role

  • Use CRM data to identify gaps and think creatively to develop new processes, procedures and campaigns as a result

  • You will review KPIs from segment groups and react accordingly; ensuring a positive ROI on campaigns

  • You will love data and review and use information such as active player days, cross sell, lapsing customer data to form your opinions and recommendations

  • You will also be able to learn and understand what type of campaigns may be predictable and therefore open to being taken advantage of to make changes to prevent this

  • You will understand campaign automation, targeting on player segmentation and implementation of CRM strategies

  • You will be able to not only review what is currently being done but identify what isn’t being done and how we can make changes to our CRM strategy to drive ROI

  • Test your new ideas and new campaigns to ensure effectiveness but also making sure you complete the all important review part afterwards

  • You will be active in pushing priority on CRM campaigns

  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders in departments such as Marketing, Customer Experience and Sportsbook to name a few

  • Overall CRM execution will be under your responsibility and you will lead the team to ensure all delivery across all brands, presentation and promotional activity is high quality

  • Think creatively and drive innovation with new bonus and retention mechanisms



The Person

  • You will have a strong CRM background and be able to link your experience, understanding on the online gaming industry and player segmentations in order to create awesome CRM campaigns

  • You will have experience in retention marketing 

  • You may be ready to take that next step and here you will be given the autonomy to be able to lead the CRM strategy. However, with great power comes great responsibility and you will report into our Head of Gaming who will be there to support you in your first few weeks

  • You’ll be really well organised and be thinking 6-12 months ahead with campaigns

  • You’ll be curious about data and not just take figures on face value, you’ll love the word “why”

  • You’ll be the type of person who goes out and seeks change or information, you won’t sit on your laurels

  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business

  • You’ll have fab communication skills both verbal and written
